Amazing Studio
Overview
Amazing Studio was a French game development studio based in Paris. It was founded by
Éric Chahi along with a number of other employees from
Delphine Software International who had worked on
Out of This World. The company was active between 1994 and 1998 and made one game,
Heart of Darkness (1998), a title on which work was started in 1992.
Chris Delaporte, one of the CG artists, was working on another game concept, but the company went bankrupt. That idea eventually survived and was turned into
Kaena: The Prophecy, a French-Canadian computer-generated fantasy movie, released in 2003.
