Overview

CDV Software Entertainment USA (offices in Cary, North Carolina and New Jersey) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of CDV Software Entertainment AG (headquarters in Bruchsal, Germany) and is part of the newly established CDV Software Entertainment Group. Its parent company is publicly traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (DAX).

CDV Software Entertainment USA has been publishing titles in North America since the year 2000.
