Overview edit · view history

Family Production (패밀리 프로덕션) was a South Korean game developer. The team was assembled on December 15th, 1992, and registered as a company in July 1994. They went on to develop various action games for the PC; most of them were stand-alone products, with the exception of the Pee & Gity series.

The company is notable for being one of the few Korean developers who exported their games to the West. Three of their titles (Iron Blood, Rebel Runner - Operation: Digital Code and Shakii the Wolf) were released in North America and Europe.

During the late 1990's Family Production began focusing on arcade games, and were acquired by Amuse World in 1999. The team was disassembled in 2003, and many of its members (among them the former development team lead Cha Seunghee) founded Pentavision shortly afterwards.
