Frozenbyte, Inc.

Overview

Frozenbyte is an independent game developer based in Helsinki, Finland. Founded in 2001, the company has now grown to a professional team of almost 20 people.

Frozenbyte's first commercial game was the top-down action shooter Shadowgrounds (2005) for the PC, followed by the spin-off/sequel Shadowgrounds Survivor.

The studio's third game, Trine, was released in July 2009.
