Gamecock Media Europe Ltd. was a division of US-based Gamecock Media Group located in Leicester, United Kingdom. The company was established in December 2007 and became operational in January 2008. This location handled distribution to European countries as well as publishing.

The initial staff included Sarah Seaby (Head of Marketing), Graeme Struthers (Managing Director) and David Noble.

Southpeak Interactive Corporation acquired all of Gamecock, including this division, on October 14, 2008.
