Apr, 1994:

• The division is established.

1999:

• The studio is acquired by Amaze Entertainment and re-branded Griptonite Games.

2005:

• Griptonite as a brand is retired and all operations are done under Amaze Entertainment's name.

Nov 14, 2006:

• Amaze Entertainment, along with Griptonite Games, is acquired by Foundation 9 Entertainment and becomes a subsidiary of the umbrella group.

Jul, 2008:

• The division returns to its original Griptonite Games name and branding.

Jul 29, 2009:

• Foundation 9 Entertainment announces to have recently merged Amaze Entertainment and Griptonite Games into a single studio, using the name of the latter.
