Integral Studios was co-founded by Computer Science undergradutes, David M. Byttow and Dat Ngyuen in 2001. Experienced Producer, Max Meltzer joined later in the year joining the corporate aim to create quality AAA games, on time.

In early 2002, The studio had reached a size of 12 staff and was working ahead towards an Xbox Live Release, having established and employed talent from such works as "Civilization III"; "Throne of Darkness" and "Ultima Online". Unfortunately by May, the publishing house encountered financial difficulties and the XB game was therefore cancelled.

Spring/Summer 2002 saw the closure of the young studio. David M. Byttow now holds the role of Programmer at highly acclaimed, Collective Studios, after becoming one of the industry's youngest Lead Programmer's at CodeFire. Dat Nguyen is still enrolled on a Computer Science Degree and is firmly looking forward to his future. Max Meltzer continues to reside in London, now having experience working on all major platforms in particular PS2; GBA and GameCube. Carlson Bull, previous Art Director now works with Planit Agency as a Director.
