Namco Networks America Inc. was established on 1st January 2006 and it was a subsidiary of Namco Bandai Holdings (USA) Inc. The division developed and published games for mobile devices and the company's President, CEO and COO was Kenji Hisatsune.

On 1st February 2011 it was announced Namco Networks America was merged into Namco Bandai Games America.
