Namco Tales Studio Ltd.

Overview

The Namco Tales Studio is responsible for developing the Tales of... series of games for Namco. This subsidiary is what remained from the original developer, Wolf Team. When this subsidiary was formed in March 2003, 60% was owned by Namco, 34% was owned by Telenet Japan, and 6% was owned by Namco Tales Studio director Eiji Kikuchi .

Since the merger of Namco and Bandai into Namco Bandai Holdings, the company bought out Telenet Japan's stake in this subsidiary, and now owns 94% of the subsidiary.
