    • Andrew Payne and Adam Iarossi leave the Los Angeles studio to start a branch in the Brisbane suburb of Fortitude Valley.

    2003:

    • The Los Angeles studio moves from its founding location at Santa Monica to a high-rise building in Westwood.

    May 13, 2003:

    • Midway Home Entertainment Inc., terminates its agreement with Pandemic Studios, LLC. on the basis of Pandemic's failure to perform pursuant to the terms of the agreement between the two companies.
    • Pandemic Studios, LLC. files a lawsuit against Midway Home Entertainment Inc., in Los Angeles Superior Court.

    Oct 23, 2006:

    • The company announces to have created at second development team at its Brisbane, Australia studios.

    Oct 11, 2007:

    • It is announced VG Holding Corp, including both BioWare and Pandemic, would be acquired by Electronic Arts, effective January 2008.

    Jan 07, 2008:

    Nov 18, 2009:

    • Electronic Arts confirms the studio will be closed down.
