• Company founded.

Feb, 2004:

• Two members of Black Isle Studios's team: game designer Damien M. Foletto and designer Jeff Husges join SSE to work on the post-nuclear RPG "The Fall", which resembles the canned game Fallout 3, a game the two were working on, a lot.

Dec, 2005:

• The company acquires the historic Simon the Sorcerer adventure license from Headfirst Productions, and starts working on Simon the Sorcerer 4.

2006:

• The company merges with a new team to form TGC - The Games Company GmbH.
