• Company founded in Torrance, California to handle the distribution and marketing of the company's products for home consoles.

1992:

• SNK Corporation of America is relocated and joins SNK Home Entertainment in Torrance. After the merger, SNK Home Entertainment dissolves in the single entity called SNK of America, which then handled all of SNK's dealings in the U.S.
