• The company files a trademark and copyright action for damages alleging that Aruze was infringing upon Playmore's trademarks by using SNK properties in Aruze's Pachinko machines.

• The Osaka District Court determines in a preliminary decision that Aruze unlawfully used SNK Playmore-owned trademarks following its sale of those trademarks.
