• Alphashock takes over the rights to all products and trademarks from the game division of SystemSoft.

• In order to continue game development under the SystemSoft brand, Alphashock takes over all personnel from the SystemSoft game division.

May 18, 2001:

• Coupled to a cash infusion and steps taken to further the game business, the business changes its name to SystemSoft Alpha Corporation.
