Overview

The subsidiary in Barcelona, Spain, was founded in 1994 by Maria Teresa Cordón. Until 2001, the company had divisions for development, marketing and distribution. Managing Director Antonio Temprano then moved the marketing and distribution activities to a new studio: Ubisoft Madrid. The Barcelona-based company now focuses on development.
