Valve South

Overview

Valve South (formerly Turtle Rock Studios) was founded in March of 2002 by Michael Booth. The company initially worked on several Counter-Strike versions independently until it was eventually acquired by Valve Corporation in January 2008. The team completed its first full title Left 4 Dead in November 2008, having worked together with the main Valve development team.
