• Virgin Interactive España Ltd. merges with Interplay Europe.

• Titus S.A. acquires the merged Virgin Interactive Entertainment Ltd and Interplay Europe Ltd for 25 million dollars.

2001:

• During the year, Virgin Interactive España affiliates with Midway, LSP and Midas

May 14, 2002:

• Tim Chaney and Paco Encinas acquire the Spanish company and rename it Virgin PLAY S.A.
