Founded in 1983, and headed by Tetsuo Akiyama, Visco Corporation (株式会社ビスコ) was involved in the planning, development and sale of games for both consoles and the arcade. After the release of 2001's Vasara 2, the company would leave the video game market to focus on the development of prize and slot machines.
