Warashi Inc.

Overview

Warashi Inc. was established in August 1995 by Noriyuki Takasaki and a group of other former Athena staff. Their first title was the 1996 arcade shooter Shienryu, a spiritual successor to Athena's 1993 release Daioh. Though today they mostly produce table games and mobile software, they still make the occasional shooter, such as the 2006 release Triggerheart Exelica, which has been ported to the Dreamcast, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 2 since its original arcade release.
