• Newly launched gaming division at Warner Brothers. Jason Hall (formally Monolith Productions CEO) is to head its operations as Senior Vice President.

Jun 17, 2005:

• The company establishes a licensing agreement with Sony Online Entertainment to let them develop a DC Comics massively multiplayer online game. Sony also acquires The Matrix Online and hires some employees of Monolith Productions, as the company had to let 80 people go after pulling out of the project.

Nov 08, 2007:

• The company acquires Traveller's Tales Ltd.

Feb 04, 2009:

• The company announces to have acquired the development house Snowblind Studios.
