    • Warthog acquires the development team of Infogrames, Manchester Studio.

    Jul 31, 2001:

    • Warthog secures a 4 title (6 SKU) contract with German publisher SWING! Entertainment to develop games based on the Warner Bros cartoon series Animaniacs.

    Oct 08, 2001:

    • In an unusual acquisition, Warthog secures from Infogrames a 15-strong development team (and their hardware assets) and with it a development deal to finish off the project the team were working on Looney Tunes.

    Apr, 2002:

    • Warthog acquires 42-Bit AB, a 24-man Swedish development team.

    Dec, 2002:

    • Warthog acquired fellow Manchester developer Zed Two

    Feb 05, 2003:

    • Warthog has acquired Texan development company Fever Pitch Studios for $300,000 in Warthog shares.

    Nov 03, 2004:

    • The company is acquired by Tiger Telematics Inc., with subsidiary Gizmondo Europe Ltd as the primary beneficiary. The deal includes the Warthog's portfolio and its proprietary game engine porting tool, Tusk.
