The Women Wise - Story

Women Wise was started as a pilot project to test the waters on the reaction of women and teen girls to a title we created especially for them. Our computer game was designed based on many of the principals of good game design, along with what our research has shown us women look for when it comes to interface design, navigation, character development and gameplay.

The pilot project turned out to be a great success. People are writing and encouraging us to continue with our efforts of promoting more entertainment for women and teen girls. Women Wise hit a hot button with our audience and the industry. The media coverage and their concerns with bringing forward the same issues as us have proven to be a wonderful ally.

We're based in North America. However, we travel around the world with our products and promote our cause with numerous speaking engagements. Throughout our journey, we're learning that the issues of women and technology as users or being participants in the industry are the same, whether we are in North America, Asia, or Europe. Women want to be heard and paid attention to when it comes to new media development. And they want to be a part of the exciting IT, computer communication and entertainment industries as participants.

Our first successes with our CD-ROM game and live events have encouraged us to pursue our pilot project. We are in development with several wireless and television entertainment programs, TeleClasses, and are actively looking for partners and sponsors to help us bring our audience quality entertainment.

Technology is a tool that we use to enlighten lives and inspire others. Women Wise’ as a company is in its infancy. Someday, with your continued encouragement we will have a story to tell. In the meantime, we continue to work in earnest to service our market. We are adventurous! We are -
