Andrew McCabe first started games programming in 1992 with Gremlin Ireland (a subsidiary of Gremlin Graphics Software Limited). His first game was Litil Divil which was first released on PC, and was then ported to the Philips CDI and Amiga CD32. In 1994 Andrew then spend a brief spell working with Funcom Oslo developing a game engine for the Sega Saturn. Andrew then moved to Psygnosis and worked in the Stroud office on G-Police and G-Police: Weapons Of Justice. Acclaim Studios Cheltenham was then formed with many of the staff from the Pysgnosis Stroud office when it closed down. Andrew worked on a number of PlayStation 2 games at Acclaim, including XGIII: Extreme G Racing. In 2003, Andrew moved to Rebellion Developments Ltd where he worked on the first Sniper Elite games, and has worked on every Sniper Elite sequel, one of the few programmers to have worked on all the Sniper Elite games.
