Johan Pilestedt serves as the CEO and Chief Creative of Arrowhead Game Studios since April 2009. Arrowhead is especially known for Helldivers II (2024). His responsibilities as CEO include setting the company's direction in alignment with the board's vision, signing projects, managing budgets, and overseeing both internal and external communications. Prior to his role as CEO, Pilestedt served as a Producer and Lead Designer at Arrowhead, where he led the project team responsible for creating Magicka (2011), which won Game of the Year at SGA 2008.
