In 2007, Matt Toschlog is the president of Reactor Zero, a game development studio located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Matt started programming games in 1986 and in 1993 co-founded Parallax Software, which created the games Descent and Descent II. Outrage Entertainment, of which Matt became President, was spun off from Parallax in 1996 and released Descent 3 in 1999. In 2002 Outrage was acquired by THQ and renamed Outrage Games; the studio was closed during the fiscal year that ended March 31st, 2004. In 2006 Matt co-founded Reactor Zero.
