Developer BiographyMatt T. Wood is an level designer who works for Valve Software.
Matt found his passion for making games by way of creating maps for Doom and Duke Nukem 3D. In 1997 he was hired by 3D Realms Entertainment to work as the lead level designer on their first full 3d game Prey (after the original team left). He later moved onto 3D Realms's Duke Nukem Forever as a level designer at first and soon transitioned into lead modeler/animator.
At Valve, Matt is again back to level design where he (among other things) works with the 'choreo' team designing and creating scripted scenes for the Half-Life universe.
