Bruce DawsonDeveloper BIOBruce Dawson started in game development in Vancouver Canada working for Distinctive Software on the Amiga from 1997 to 1990.
He then left the games industry for seven years, spending two years traveling the world and five years working on special effects software for ASDG/Elastic Reality/Avid from 1993 to 1997.
Then he moved to Seattle to join Cavedog Entertainment/Humongous Entertainment, who created Total Annihilation and Freddi Fish. He worked there from 1997 to 2002.
Finally Bruce joined Microsoft where he helped hundreds of game developers make their Xbox and Xbox 360 games run better. He worked in the gaming group at Microsoft from 2002 to early 2009, when he joined the Windows group to work on Windows performance.
