Brander is a 15 year veteran of the software testing industry, working on numerous large scale project for Microsoft in the Office Server Products group, Word, and Project. He spent a year as infrastructure and deployment engineer for the Online Game Community for Big Fish Games.

In 2007, Brander recently assumed the role as QA manager for the BFG Games studios team, bringing some application testing techniques and a little bit of structure to the growing Studios game team, while helping to maintain the free, fun and creative atmosphere that produces great games.
