Daniel Phillips started in the games industry in June 2005 as a level designer at 3D Realms. In January 2007 he joined Gearbox Software as a level designer and he worked there until November 2008. In March 2009 he joined Crytek as level designer and he remained with the company until March 2011. Since July 2011 he is a senior level designer at Turtle Rock Studios.
