Life Before Red Storm
I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and remain a Midwesterner at heart. I graduated from Harvey Mudd College in '97, which is a small math/science school near LA. Four years was enough of that - both California and school - so I headed East in search of a career in gaming. Thankfully, a kindly senior engineer at RSE considered me a decent gamble.
Life At Red Storm
I spent my first 3 years at Red Storm working on some of the company's lesser known (non-Rainbow) games. Since then I've been assimilated into the tactical shooter genre. There is always something interesting to work on here. Scripting languages are probably the closest thing I could claim as a specialty.
Free Time
When I'm not coding, I'm usually playing various games with my wife, Mandy, and our insane Jack Russell Terrier, Vader. Other than Red Storm products, I can always count on Blizzard and Id for worthy entertainment. Still playing Starcraft...
