Deborah K. Fulton has served as the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel with Midway Games Inc. since January 30, 2002. With Midway, she also as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel from May 2000 to January 2002, and Senior Counsel from 1998 until May 2000.

Prior to joining Midway, Deborah was Senior Counsel for WMS Industries Inc. from 1994 to 1998. Formerly, she was employed by the law firm of Gardner Carton & Douglas from 1988 until 1994.
