Paul Lombardi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Enlight Interactive USA, which is based in Parkville, MD. An industry veteran, Mr. Lombardi oversees US operations and concentrates on sales strategies.

Mr. Lombardi manages relationships with distribution, national retail chains, as well as Enlight’s independent sales force throughout North America. Mr. Lombardi has an extensive background in licensing new software titles, as well as creating and implementing effective retail sales, marketing, and advertising campaigns.

Prior to joining Enlight, Mr. Lombardi served as President and Founder of Intense Games (IGS) which focused on racing games and unique flight simulations for the PC. In its first year of operation, sales exceeded $4 million. Before that, Mr. Lombardi co-founded Interactive Magic where he served as the company’s Vice President of Sales and Business Development. In that position, he directed I-Magic’s sales team and established a PC sales record by selling over 120,000 units of the company’s debut product in North America (Apache Flight Simulator). He also managed the sale and distribution of the Capitalism and Capitalism Plus titles. He was also the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Warcry Corp in 2001.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lombardi held leadership positions with Innerprise Software, where he oversaw the development of 5 Sega Genesis titles, and MicroProse Software, where he served as National Sales Manager and shipped titles such as Sid Meier’s Pirates, Gunship, F-15 Strike Eagle (which sold over 1.5 million units on PC, Apple and Commodore) and M1 Tank Platoon.
