David Richard Paul Wittenberg (born 1971, South Africa) is a prolific American voice actor. He has also written episodes for the Digimon television series and worked on documentaries, such as Food Network.

Wittenberg is very well known for voicing perverted characters in video games and Japanese anime. His best voice role is Kakashi from Naruto.
