Peter O'Brien started as a tester for SEGA Europe around 1999 and eventually was promoted from test engineer to producer in two years. He moved on to Bizarre Creations where he co-produced Project Gotham Racing 3, and then produced Project Gotham Racing 4 (2007) and Blur (2009).
