Eric Caen has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Interplay since November 1999.

Mr. Caen has served as a Director and as President of Titus Interactive SA since 1991. Mr. Caen also serves as Vice President of Titus Software Corporation, Secretary and Director of Titus Software UK Limited and Director of Titus Japan KK and Digital Integration Limited, which positions he has held since 1988, 1991, 1998 and 1998, respectively.

Mr. Caen has also served as Managing Director of Total Fun 2, a French record production company, since 1998. Mr. Caen served as Managing director of Titus SARL from 1988 to 1991.
