Fredrik MalmbergDeveloper BIOMr Malmberg co-founded Paradox Entertainment
in 1999. He is Executive Director and Head of Licensing, overseeing negotiations for licensing of the company's brands and intellectual property as well as sourcing and acquiring new properties for the brand portfolio.
Mr Malmberg also served as is Executive Producer of the 40 half-hour episodes of Heavy Gear, a computer-generated TV series produced by Sony Television and based on a license controlled by Paradox Entertainment. Previously, Mr Malmberg left his B.A. studies at Uppsala University to found Target Games which, under his 19 years of steward-ship as CEO, invented and created numerous competitive and successful brands, board games, role-playing games, family and collectible card games in more than 16 languages, and successfully established a retail chain.
In 1999, Mr Malmberg reorganised Target Games into three separate divisions with offices and sales operations in five countries, and became CEO of Target Games Interactive. After an MBO of Target Games Interactive
, the division was renamed
Paradox Entertainment AB.
