Christopher Bailey started programming when he was 8 years old and at the age of 17 turned professional. Two years later in 1994, he co-founded game console developer H2O Entertainment of which he became Director and VP of Product Development. His achievements with H2O were instrumental in the co-founding of Secure Networks (acquired by Network Associates in 1999). He moved to Fluid Studios in 2003 and to Threewave Software in January 2006, staying there until March 2008.

Bailey has taken on the roles of Technical Director, Lead Programmer and Project Manager on multiple console games (on multiple platforms) and internal R&D projects, managing teams of up to 35 people. He has been overseeing the successful development and shipment of multi-million dollar budget triple-A games, such as Tetrisphere, The New Tetris, and Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage for the N64.
