Joseph B. Hewitt IVDeveloper BIOIn 1985 Joseph began working at an educational software company called Unicorn Software while still in high school.
In 1988 he joined Westwood Associates, which was renamed Westwood Studios when it was acquired by Virgin Games in 1992. The studio was later acquired by Electronic Arts in 1998 and Joseph left when they closed the studio in 2003.
Joseph then worked briefly at Sony Online Entertainment as a customer service representative for the launch of Star Wars Galaxies while he unsuccessfully tried to get a position as a designer on Everquest.
He moved to Brisbane Australia in 2004 to work for Auran Games as a Senior Game Designer and then to Perth Australia 2008 where he was Creative Director for Interzone Entertainment.
