Anne Collins-Ludwick

Developer BIO

Anne Ludwick (a.k.a. Anne Collins) came to Her Interactive by way of commercial television. After spending several years in Los Angeles serving as the Story Editor on Vegas and Fantasy Island, she moved to the Seattle area and continued writing, freelancing scripts for such short-lived shows as The New Twilight Zone until a mystery series called Matlock came along. Working long-distance from Bellevue, she served as a Story Consultant for Matlock, writing and editing scripts for its entire eight-year, two-network run.

When it became apparent that Ben Matlock had tricked the real murderer into confessing for the last time, Anne enrolled at Lake Washington Technical College and fed her growing interest in computers by taking courses in Web and graphic design. She has designed and maintained Web sites for several nonprofit groups, and she spent much of one summer creating online games using only JavaScript and HTML.

Anne has a B.A. in Sociology from Ohio Wesleyan University and an M.A. in Radio/Television/Film Production from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!). She is thrilled to be part of the creative team at Her Interactive, where she has the privilege of writing dialog for one of her oldest and dearest childhood buddies, Nancy Drew.
