Biography edit · view history
Dylan joined the video game industry in 1996 with Electronic Arts Canada. While at EAC Dylan worked on several franchises including Hockey and Baseball and managed both internal and external development. The majority of his tenure was spent on the internal FIFA team as a Development Director (aka Project Manager). With FIFA Dylan had the privilege of working on a team that evolved from a small group working insane hours and using brute force sometimes to finish products, into a highly sophisticated dev team that consistently delivers one of the most successful sports video game franchises in the World year after year. In 2002 Dylan jumped at a rare opportunity to combine two passions, game design & baseball, by joining the MVP Baseball team in a Production role where his primary responsibility was designing the AI. On MVP Dylan had another opportunity to work with an incredible team, a team that completely rebuilt the EA baseball franchise from scratch into the number one baseball video game on the market.
In early 2003 Dylan left EAC for an opportunity to apply his experience and knowledge to managing THQ's WWE Wrestling franchise as Director of Project Management.
Prior to 1996 Dylan worked in the industrial computer and mobile phone industries. Dylan has a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
