Since late April 2007 Terry Malham is the Managing Director of Team Works Productions, a business-to-business computer games production company working in partnership with developers, licensors, publishers and distributors to create computer and video games for worldwide markets.

Previously, he was the Sales Director and Co-founder of Digital Jesters. He has worked in the games industry for over 20 years. Starting in Retail, Terry diversified into distribution and publishing. He has an in depth knowledge of the mechanics of the UK games market and knowledge of the major retail buyers personally. Sales in the UK have included Cossacks (145,000), Sudden Strike (90,000) to smaller titles like Mystery of the Druids (18,000).
