Developer BIO

Rich Carle is a Senior Audio Director and Manager of the Audio Department at Midway Games' headquarters in Chicago. With credits on over 20 shipped titles, his experience includes sound design, developing implementation techniques, voice design and direction, sound engineering and music composition.

Rich is currently focused on mentoring Audio Leads and Sound Designers, optimizing Midway’s audio-tool set, practicing efficient outsourcing techniques and achieving excellence in game audio. Most recently Rich was the co-Audio Director for Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe. He is now working on an unannounced title.
