Michael ParisiDeveloper BIO
Michael "Mazinga" Parisi....
Aside from the games mentioned, he also worked on Ultima X (unreleased) Cubix Adventures (unreleased) EA.COM Football (unreleased), The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (unreleased), Superman DS, Army Men 3D, and Shark Tales PC. His last game worked on was
Bioware's, Mass Effect. There are probably others, but who keeps track when you live at your desk?
His favorite moments during the course of his 10 year career were: Prototyping Jim Woodring's "Frank" game (beyond unrealized) and prototyping Tim Biskup's "Stack Pack" game (Hmmmmm....)
He also enjoyed Psychonauts so much that he won't throw a fit that Tim Schafer stole his ideas. Ok, maybe it was just synchronicity...but back in the 90's Mike designed a game called Psychonauts where an angel flys into the head of disturbed individuals to battle their demons (it's on my demo reel yo). But seriously, much love to P-Nauts cuz that shizzy was the BIZZY!!
PS: TIM, I have the design to end all designs, please download it from my brain.
Now days, Mr. Mike spends his time in the realm medical visualization and has been working on interactive health related projects, including his own 501 c3. He also plays gangsa, jegog, rayong & sometimes ceng ceng in the bay-area Balinese gamelan orchestra Anak Swarasanti.
He has also come to find out, that if you take resveratrol regularly, you will live to 130. So just do it.
