As a child, Kane had always had a fascination with voices on TV and he tried endlessly to mimic the voices he'd heard. As he got older and was becoming very aware of commercials, one of his first spot-on imitations was that of the Miracle Whip (voiced by...) "... the tangy zip of Miracle Whip" ads. By the age of fourteen Kane could mimic nearly any voice.

Tom Kane has been doing voice work since 1994. He's done an astounding number of voice-overs, over 10,000 commercials, TV shows, TV promos, movies, movie trailers and video games. His voice work is split, about 60% straight announcing (commercials, etc.) and about 40% character work.
