Tom had a brief stint in the games industry working for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's developer support and then Argonaut Games PLC as an AI programmer. In December 2004, he moved to the gaming industry to work on slot machines for WMS Gaming Inc. (formally Williams Entertainment).
