Mike Haigh

Developer BIO

Mike Haigh has been in the games industry for around 20 years.

Starting as an illustrator straight out of college, Mike went on to design characters and environments for a number of early Atari ST and Amiga games including: The Kristal, Obitus and G2, before being signed full time by Psygnosis.

Since then he has worked his way from Art Manager in Sony Computer Entertainment Europe’s London Studio, responsible for employment, building art teams, training and appraisals, while continuing to create assets for a number of titles including Dropship and This is Football.

Since 2002, Mike has been in the role of Director on SCEE’s EyeToy and SingStar franchises and was a key member in the team responsible for the creation of both franchises. His work included the Industrial Design and manufacturing of both the EyeToy USB Camera and the SingStar Microphones.

In March 2007, he is Director of the SCEE London Studio.
