Mike Salvatori has written and produced music for many different TV, radio and film projects over the last 25 years. Since 1997, he has created music and sound design for a variety of different video games, including Riven: The Sequel To Myst for Cyan (sound design only), Myth: The Fallen Lords, Myth 2: Soulblighter, and Oni for Bungie, and Septerra Core for Valkyrie Studios.

More recently, he has written music for Halo and Halo 2 for Bungie, and Stubbs The Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse for Wideload Games. These games have won numerous awards, including the Rolling Stone Magazine Best Soundtrack of 2002 for Halo, while Halo 2 has sold more soundtracks than any other game.

Mike recently finished composing music for Halo 3 for Bungie, and is currently writing music for a new game called Hail to the Chimp for Wideload Games, to be released in early 2008.

Mike is married, has 4 daughters, and lives in the Chicago area.
