Developer Biography

Stanley Woo is new to the computer gaming industry, though not new to games. Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Stanley grew up with 2-D side scrollers like Duke Nukem and Ghosts N Goblins, RPGs like Might & Magic and Bard's Tale, and adventure games, mostly those published by Sierra, such as the Space Quest and Police Quest series.

In April 2001, Stanley began his tenure with BioWare Corporation in their Quality Assurance department, lending his talents as a proofreader and English language enthusiast to Baldurs Gate II: Throne of Bhaal. He is currently hard at work on BioWare's eagerly-anticipated Neverwinter Nights.

Known as the Mystic Ninja, the Edmontonian Stanley Woo has never worked for Activision, Inc., nor does he possess the training necessary to be a 3-D modeller/animator, or a graphic artist. This Stanley Woo is a stage actor and musician, performing in local theatre festivals, and in theatre and musicals with the bands The Unknown Poets (www.theunknownpoets.com) and Apocalypse Kow (www.manifest-angel.com/kow). He enjoys collecting comic books, role-playing, badminton, and food of all kinds.
