Hermen brought to Guerrilla more than 8 years of business strategy and management experience. His first experience with the games industry he gained as a marketeer at Ubi Soft USA in 1995. From there he moved on to develop his business skills at companies including Philips Electronics and Andersen Consulting. Hermen was appointed Managing Director of Guerrilla in July 2001. He is responsible for financial, HR, marketing and strategic matters.
