Renee Almassizadeh

After graduating from Point Loma High School, Renee Ferrara graduated from UCSD with a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies. In 1996 she married her long-time boyfriend (and senior prom date) Farshid Almassizadeh. Since that time she has received an M.A. in Arab Studies from Georgetown University and worked for RAND, American Institutes for Research, and a few other companies.

Their daughter Zoe Rose Almassizadeh was born in May of 2005. Renee lives with her family in Los Angeles, California.
